Welcome! Powerhouse Atlanta is a place where the Glory of God abides. Our Presiding Sr. Pastor is Pastor Belinda Lawson, and she is joined in ministry by her loving husband Dr. Sylvester Lawson.  Our church is open to worshipers of all ages and backgrounds. We lead our congregation in worship, deepening the connection to God, understanding the teachings of Christ, and ultimately to a higher standard of faith. We have a long, proud history of serving the people of the metro Atlanta area. Through the dedication of our leadership, staff members and volunteers, we are committed to the teachings of Jesus Christ, and are here to spread His message.

• We believe the bible was written by Holy Men of God that were inspired by the Holy Spirit

• We believe in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit with the Evidence of Speaking in Tongues and a life style that represents an Encounter with Jesus

• We believe in the Birth Life Death Burial Resurrection and the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

• We believe there is one God who is manifested as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit

• We believe in Signs and Wonders that are produced by the Spirit of God

• We believe that there is Salvation by no other name than Jesus Christ

• We believe in baptism in Jesus Name- being immersed in water for the remission of sins

• We believe that although there is the initial filling of the Holy Spirit that a believer will encounter many refilling
